Although this placement was challenging due to the residential project type and jurisdiction, our prior experience with the broker and client allowed us to move quickly with this opportunity. The client is an active Procore customer and reviewing the client’s usage data allowed us to gain additional confidence with the project’s risk controls. We provided indication feedback on the same business day we received the submission. We worked closely with the broker throughout the quoting process, and provided the requested capacity at target pricing to meet the project needs.
